We launched our brand-new user interface — cleaner and simplified to make scheduling, time management and store operations easier than ever.

It’s not just a visual refresh. Our redesign focused heavily on streamlined workflows that help your teams spend less time navigating technology and more time driving results on the floor.

Behind the scenes, our engineering team completed a significant shift to a higher-performance architecture, resulting in:

• Smoother data updates
• Increased platform reliability

• Shift swap emails when you have a new or accepted request
• Create custom shift categories
• Assign multiple District and Area Managers to your territories for better oversight

• New traveling roles for better Timeclock management when moving between stores
• See open shifts in Pulse so leadership can quickly see gaps
  in the schedule

• Bulk Copy - to copy schedules across multiple stores and paste across multiple weeks
• Bulk Approval - save time approving schedules for multiple stores with the bulk approve modal

• Timecard added to Shiftlab mobile
• New role based permission to allow users to edit past shifts 
• Integrated with Paycom
• Delivering data to RQ Business Intelligence (RQ BI) for deeper insights
